While we make every effort to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, in some cases one or more items on our website may be priced incorrectly. This might happen due to human errors, digital images, technical errors, or a mismatch in pricing information received from our partners.
Haworth Solutions reserves the right to change prices for all our products, offers, or deals. These changes are made due to market conditions, course termination, provider price changes, advertisement errors, or other mitigating circumstances. However, the price you paid at the time of purchase will remain valid for you.
Pricing of Products / Courses / Services
All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. The prices prevailing at the time of placing the order will apply. Posted prices include all taxes and charges. In case there are any additional charges or taxes, the same will be mentioned on the website.
Payment
All payments must be received prior to the delivery of products or services. We accept payment via cheque, cash, draft, net banking, credit card, debit card, cash card, and mobile payments.
Shipping and Handling
Haworth Solutions will arrange shipment of products where applicable. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in shipment. Title and risk of loss or damage pass to you upon delivery of the products.
In cases where reverse shipment cannot be arranged due to unavailability of our logistics partners, customers may be requested to return products through available courier services.
Return of Products
Haworth Solutions provides hard copies of reading material for certification courses chosen by registered candidates as part of its assessment, e-learning, distance learning, and certification services.
In case products are damaged during transit or found defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original condition. Upon verification, Haworth Solutions will provide a replacement hard copy or, if applicable, a soft copy of the reading material.
Changes and Cancellation
Any item additions, quantity changes, or specification modifications made to accepted orders will be updated in the order details. All sales are final.
Trainer / Faculty / Expert Support
Courses that include expert or trainer support through email or telephone will be provided based on trainer availability. Haworth Solutions is not responsible for delays or temporary unavailability of support due to trainer scheduling or other operational factors.
